Physical Condition:

In good physical condition. Mounting tabs are intact and there are no tears in the material. These panels have the black suede inserts as shown.

Cosmetic Condition:

In good cosmetic condition for their age, with no major fading or wear. Trim is free of any deep scratches or gauges. The shade inserts have some typical discoloration and wear form normal use as shown in the photos. There is some indentions and nicks in the covering from the seatbelt buckle, as shown in the photos.
