Functionality:

In good working condition, seat controls have been fully tested prior to removal from the vehicle.

Physical Condition:

In good physical condition with no major rips or tears. Seat frames have not been hit or bent in any way. The seat foam is mostly intact with no major warping.

Cosmetic Condition:

In fair overall cosmetic condition. The leather finish has some cracking and wear in the finish due to age and sun exposure. The driver outer bolster has a bit of more visible wear in the leather as well. Both lower cushions have visible cracks in the leather between the perforated inserts as well.
